What Would You Do if You Were Brave?

By the time we reach our late 20s, most people have established a way of doing things, systems of beliefs, the habits of our every day life. In other words, we live within our own personal comfort zone. Sometimes we can choose to move out of our comfort zone but today it seems that we are frequently pushed. During this workshop you will learn the difference between a comfort zone and a familiar zone, how to have an adventurer's mindset and embrace change, ways to achieve one's dream without risking one's reality, practical steps to take the "plunge," anxiety management techniques to use when feeling uncomfortable, and strategies to prevent sabotage-from within and from others.
